Amie Greunke

Amie Greunke is the Senior Regional Property Manager based in Lexington, Kentucky with RealSource Properties. Her portfolio includes properties located in Kentucky, Georgia, Colorado, Texas and Ohio. Amie has been in the real estate and property management industry for 18 years. Her experience in multifamily management across the United States has helped her acquire a wide range of knowledge for all property types, markets, and management techniques. She is skilled at troubleshooting struggling communities, repositioning and rebranding.

Prior to joining RealSource, Amie worked as a Regional Manager and Property Manager in New York, Tennessee, Texas, and California. She has worked for management companies to include Ridge Reef Properties, Wilkinson Real Estate Advisors, Barrett & Stokely, and Leaders Property Management. Amie holds a BA in Business Management and a BS in Equine Science from Centenary College in Hackettstown, New Jersey as well as her CAPS and CAM certifications.
