Angela Hicks

Angela Hicks serves as a Regional Manager for Cowgill, Inc. She has been with Cowgill for 15 years. During her tenure Angela has successfully supervised A, B, and C communities, as well as student housing, new development, and renovations during lease up. Angela is currently responsible for a portfolio that consists of 6 traditional multi-family communities, compiling a unit count of 1044 and 28 team members. She is responsible for overseeing staffing, capital projects and daily operations. Angela is the 2019 and 2021 recipient of the GLAA Multi-Site Property Supervisor of the Year Award. She has served as co-chair of the Legislative Committee in 2020, 2021 and 2022. Angela received her CAPS designation in 2022.
