I think we are very lucky in Lexington to have an organization like the CKAA. CKAA has provided me with incredible opportunities, including earning the CAM certification with my peers through the NAA. I have attended countless education seminars, and the experiences have made me more confident and qualified in my position. As a property management professional, you also cannot underestimate the value of access to proven and qualified vendors. As an added benefit to owners and managers, CKAA provides fantastic opportunities for team-building, employee engagement, networking and volunteerism. There really is something for everyone in the industry!
