Haley Andes

Haley, a native of Georgetown, Kentucky, is a seasoned professional with a passion for leadership and community development. Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Recreation and Parks Administration, with concentrations in Management/Programming and Therapeutic Recreation from Eastern Kentucky University, and a Master's in Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University, Haley's academic journey reflects her commitment to continuous growth and excellence.

Having served as the Associate Director of a Lexington-based nonprofit for over five years, Haley played a pivotal role in the organization's growth and success. Her dedication and hard work were instrumental in driving strategic initiatives that led to the organization's expansion and increased impact within the community.

In 2022, Haley transitioned to the role of Director of Operations at a year-round camp and retreat center. There, she demonstrated her strong leadership skills and operational acumen, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

In January 2024, Haley accepted the position of Assistant Director within the CKAA. With a growth mindset and a passion for fostering organizational excellence, Haley is committed to utilizing her skills and experience to further the association's mission.
