James DeCaussin

I started my career in the Multi-Family industry in June of 2011 with PRG Real Estate and am still with PRG as the Senior Property Manager in Lexington. Since the start of my time in this industry, I have been active in the CKYAA. As of 2022, I have joined the Board of Directors and have previously served terms on the Manager’s Key Council and Outreach Committees. CKYAA has provided me with wonderful opportunities and recognition such as obtaining my CAM designation, and receiving the 2021 Property Manager of the Year designation.
I feel that whether you are a property member or a vendor member, the CKYAA is a great organization to network, it provides great education opportunities, and creates great business relationships and friendships within our industry. I look forward to continuing my involvement with this ever-growing organization.
