Jenni Wilson is a seasoned professional in the multifamily housing industry, currently serving as the Executive Director of the Central Kentucky Apartment Association (CKAA). With over three decades of experience, Jenni has exemplified leadership, dedication, and a profound passion for fostering growth and excellence within the industry.
Born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky, Jenni embarked on her career journey in 1994 as a Leasing Consultant. Since then, she has held a myriad of both on-site and corporate roles, allowing her to garner a comprehensive understanding of the industry's intricacies and challenges.
Jenni's commitment to the CKAA extends beyond her role as Executive Director. Having served as a board member from 2008 to 2013, she actively contributed to the association's strategic initiatives, particularly through her involvement in the Governance and Outreach Committees. Under her leadership, the Outreach Committee achieved remarkable success, winning the prestigious NAA Paragon Award for Community Service in 2013.
In 2023, Jenni accepted the position of Assistant Director within the CKAA. Her contributions and leadership qualities led to her promotion to the role of Executive Director in 2024.
