Kimberle Mullins

I came to the industry in 2008 as the assistant manager at Patchen Oaks for Brookside Properties. After a diversion into medical equipment sales and orthopedics, I came back to the industry to work for Real Source as manager of Creeks on Lansdowne where I developed skills in managing renovation of an older property. This is also where I began my relationship with the Apartment Association and eventually served on MKC as secretary and co-chair till joining the Board of Directors in 2022. Next, I had the pleasure of working on the end stages of a new lease up and staying on through its eventual record setting sale as The Henry at Fritz Farm's assistant manager. I am now with Cowgill as manager of their new build in downtown Lexington: Studios 180. Coming into this position while still under construction, I can now say I have worked at almost every level/stage of property in my management career and have so enjoyed the journey and support provided by CKAA in my professional development!
