Cancellation policy

Due to the variety of our events, our cancellation policy will be based on a case to case basis.

Approval of cancellation can only be confirmed by Brenda Wells.  Please contact our office for consideration at office@ckyaa.org.

Please note that if requests are not approved, all no shows will be billed.
